I wouldn't buy from them again

Terrible customer service - very rude, they don't care about customers. I purchased dry shampoo and conditioner from this company. Contacted them because I received a message that my parcel had arrived, but I didn't get anything. They don't care and they don't want to solve the problem. They will take your money and not give you any basic customer service.

Awful Customer Service!

Placed an order through their website, I had separate shipping and billing addresses, used Amazon pay and somehow it changed my shipping address to the same as my billing. Meaning it would be shipped to FL instead of NC. I realized this within 5 minutes of the order going through and emailed their customer service immediately.
In a nutshell they said they could do NOTHING! I would have to wait for the package to be shipped and rerouted to my new address.
I was very excited to try their products, but now they have made me so upset that I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Worst customer service

I placed an order from their website, and immediately realized that I placed the order for the wrong item (the conditioner rather than the shampoo). I contacted the customer service immediately by sending an email. I have not gotten a response until 2 days later, to tell me that they can't change or cancel the order. I even tried to call them the next morning after placing the order but nobody was answering (I think the number 646-401-0297 is just a fake not working number). It is a frustrating experience and will never buy from them again.

Worst Customer Service

I tried to return products that are damaging and the co. does not follow up. There is no number listed, just an e-mail address. This is the worst customer service & co seems to scam people from the other posts I am reading.

Purchased products more than 10 days…

Purchased products more than 10 days ago, did not even get confirmation those were shipped yet. Customer service impossible to contact. I would like a refund and to cancel my order.

Customer service is a nightmare and non-existent

Customer service is a nightmare and non-existent. The CEO should be ashamed. I have been trying to email customer service for two weeks with no reply after following their guidance on their website because of an allergic reaction to the scents used in their products. I reached out on FB and I got a spotty reply that their small but mighty team was overwhelmed. This is why consumers do not shop small businesses and support the Sephora's of the world. I would never let anyone order from here unless they were absolutely certain of the products.

I am writing this as an update the day…

I am writing this as an update the day after I wrote the initial review:
So, 43 minutes after the bad review posted on this site, briogeo Sent me an email addressing my request for my refund from their products!!! I’ve been calling them leaving voice mails and have emailed them about 5 times for a period of over 2 weeks and they’ve NEVER gotten back to me at all.
Now that a bad review popped up, 43 minutes later I hear from them!!
Sooo, once again I requested they send the return label fro refund like their policy says they will—— I’ve still not received anything from them. They want to look good by responding quickly to poor media, yet still don’t do anything about it!
Bad business—-horrible customer service— actually it’s non existent.
